My roles have taken me into hundreds of practices, dozens of markets, and every type of operational environment — from struggling offices on the brink of collapse to high-performing multi-million-dollar practices ready to scale. 

I built my reputation on setting world-class operational standards and holding teams—at every level—to those standards. Not through fear or pressure, but through clarity, discipline, and alignment.
